David Andersen
Chairman and Water, Hygiene, & Health Project
David is currently an independent consultant specializing in strategy, partnership building, mergers and acquisitions and value creation. Dave is an advisor to Virox Technologies, a leader in infection control, and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors and an advisor to eSpendwise, an eBuisness systems provider for spend management. Previously David held a position as Vice President-Global Business Development at Diversey, Inc., and also has worked for Morgan Stanley as a Financial Analyst and an Associate in Corporate Finance. Dave is a racquet sports and outdoor adventure enthusiast. Dave and Mary live in Lake Bluff and have four children, Scott, Jack, Colleen, and Margaret.

Chris worked for Quaker Oats/PepsiCo for 32 years and is now a paralegal at Thomas F. Meyer Law. Chris is a lifelong resident of Lake Forest and lives with her husband, Ken. They have two children, Scott and Jen. In addition to Kids Uganda, Chris does volunteer work for a variety of organizations including Habitat for Humanity and Foodstock. In her spare time she likes to sail and read.
Scott Hall

Scott works for Valassis Communications Inc., a media and marketing services company. He graduated from Michigan State University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in advertising. Scott has worked with several community organizations over the years, and enjoys sports and playing multiple instruments in his free time. He currently lives in Gurnee with his fiancée Lauren and dog Cooper.
Dan Kaskubar

Dan recently cofounded Altruitive Consulting, LLC, a firm dedicated to helping organizations integrate financial and social goals. He spent the summer of 2008 in Uganda as an intern with KidsUganda and Maranatha Schools, providing support to building projects, strategic planning, and communications. Dan has a background in non-profit administration and program evaluation, and holds a masters of business administration from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a BA in Economics and Sociology from the University of Colorado. Dan lives in Minneapolis with his wife, Rebekah, and their son, Reuben.
Paul Lemieux
Agricultural Projects
Since 1996, Paul has been a co-owner of iTech Automation, Inc. For the 10 years prior to this he was with Mallinckrodt Veterinary, then one of the largest animal health companies in the world, and served as vice president of science and technology. He previously conducted research and taught food animal nutrition and production at Texas A&M University. He holds a BS from the University of Delaware and an MS from Penn State, both in animal science, and a PhD in nutrition from Texas A&M. Paul lives in Lake Bluff with his wife, Cathy, and volunteers with several community organizations.

Perry Walcott

After 21 years and 11 duty stations including various cities in the U.S., Vietnam, Japan, and Antarctica, Perry retired from the U.S. Navy in 1987. He worked for 16 years with the City of Highland Park, Illinois, as their city engineer and deputy director of public works, managing the capital improvements and development budgets. He retired in 2005. Perry now does volunteer work for several non-profit organizations, sails, reads, studies Italian, travels with his wife, and enjoys his four grandchildren.
